Tai Chi, Kung Fu & Chi Gung
This class offers a combination of Martial Arts systems designed to enhance physical and mental well-being. In graceful dance-like forms, physical conditioning and non-aggressive self-defense techniques are demonstrated. Taoist breathing, meditation, stretching, stengthing and spinal energy Chi Gung methods are illustrated to open the body's energy gates for maximum health and longevity.
Instructor
Sifu Bob Cook is a 45-year student of martial arts and Chinese medicine. A U.S. and international competition champion, Bob has studied with some of the most respected U.S. and Asian masters. He is a certified acupressure therapist and graduate of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Chi Jung Healing Exercises.

- Tai Chi - Yang, Wu, Kwan Ping
- Kung Fu - Wing Chun, Tiger Crane, Choy Lee Fut, Praying Mantis & others
- Hsing I - 12 animals & 5 elements
- Pa Kua - Taoist circular walking, spiraling & twisting like a dragon.
